For starters, I'm Stacie, and as of January 2015 I am a mama to a wonderful little boy. I like people. More specifically, I like good people who are also cool and like me back. :) And I'm geeky, but not in the game-playing, techie nerd sorta way (though I am pretty handy with a computer). That kind of geeky is great, just not me. I'm mostly quirky geeky. And I like it. I love doing random Google searches and learning new things. I'm also a do-it-yourself kind of girl who would rather spend an hour figuring it out on her own than having someone else do it for her. 'Cause that's just how I roll, yo.

I'm also just a fun-loving
28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35-year old who LOVES French. (Oui, c'est vrai, j'adore le français.) I love, love, love dancing, too. And soup... I really, really enjoy all kinds of soup. Also, I'm kind of a big deal. And modest, too. ;)
As for this blog and why I brought it into existence, I write for lots of different reasons. Sometimes (though rarely) it's because I'm bored. Other times it's because I feel inspired. And then most of the time I write because I need to... because it's therapeutic, and heaven knows I could always use a lil therapy in my life. My humor is dry, my sarcasm biting, and (most of the time) when I'm "ranting" it's not serious. It just makes me giggle inside to make a big ol' deal out of nothing. :)
